The poster session will take place on Monday (first group) and Wednesday (second group) in the afternoon.
An A0 sized poster (in Portrait) is recommended.
Posters must be manned:
Monday group: between 04:30 PM and 05:00 PM, and removed at the Wednesday 10:15-10:45
Wednesday group: between 04:30 PM and 05:00 PM, and removed at the Thursday 10:15-10:45
The information about group assignments will be sent via email. The results of the competition for the best poster for students will be announced during the Wednesday poster session.
Posters should be prepared in A0 or US Arch E format and displayed in PORTRAIT orientation.
For reference, an ANSI A0 page size is 84.1 x 118.9 cm and US Arch E format is 36 in x 48 in. It is recommended to avoid using paper size smaller than 50 cm (20 in).
The necessary material for poster display (pins, etc.) will be provided by the Conference Organizsers.
Note: You have to avoid LANDSCAPE orientation for the A0/Arch E formats since it is too wide to fit in the poster boards!
