The LEAPS 2025 Conference will take place at the Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa, ul. Bitwy pod Płowcami 59, 81-731 Sopot, Poland
A limited number of rooms have been allocated for the conference participants in:

- Standard room without sea view, single occupancy – 690.00 PLN (160 EUR)
- Standard room without sea view, double occupancy – 770.00 PLN (179 EUR)
- Room with two single beds without sea view – 770.00 PLN (179 EUR)
- Superior room without sea view, single occupancy – 730.00 PLN (170 EUR)
- Superior room without sea view, double occupancy – 810.00 PLN (188 EUR)
- Family room without sea view, triple occupancy – 850.00 PLN (198 EUR)

Hotel Mercure Gdańsk Posejdon
A 15% discount will be available until April 25, 2025, and applies to the Pay Less/Non-refundable rate offer.
• The discount offer cannot be combined with offers for ALL loyalty program guests or special offers.

• Rate available upon request – reservation confirmation depends on the availability of rooms for the specified date.
• Full prepayment is required within 72 hours of receiving the reservation confirmation.
• No cancellation/change of date is allowed – in case of a change/cancellation/partial cancellation, the client will be charged the full cost of the stay.
• Parking for the special price - 65 PLN (16 EUR)

Participants staying at a different hotel will have breakfast at their hotel, but lunches and dinners will be served at the Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa as part of the conference.
The accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee. Participants will pay their stay costs directly to the Hotel of choice.
Please note that participants also have the option to book accommodation at a different hotel, arranged independently.
