A early bird registration fee of 800 EUR (including taxes) will be required to attend the event.
The early bird deadline is Sunday 16 March 2025 at 23:59 CET.
Only accepted participants will be required to pay the fee.
The fee will cover: all meals and social events (welcome cocktail, lunches, dinners, cheese and wine during poster session, coffee breaks and conference kit), social dinner and excursion to European Solidarity Centre.

- After completing the registration, please make a payment in the amount corresponding to the table below using the bank details provided, with the payment title “First Name Last Name – LEAPS Meets.”
- Upon receiving the payment, you will receive an email with an invoice confirming the receipt of funds.
- The deadline for making payments is 9th May 2025.
NOTE: the accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee. Participants must pay the accommodation costs directly to the hotel where they will be staying.
Cancellation and Refund policy
Before 31 March 2025: a refund of 700 EUR will be issued to participants requesting cancellation (i.e. a cancellation fee of 100 EUR will apply).
No refunds will be issued after 31 March 2025.
Cancellations requests must be sent by email (leaps2025@uj.edu.pl) to the Organizing Committee.
Registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without any additional fee.
