Fee payment procedure:
- Register using the form on the conference website under the “registration” tab. - provide your invoice details and email address and other details in the form.
- You will receive a pro forma invoice to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form. Pro forma invoices will be issued by the Organizers collectively, once a week, on Tuesdays.
- Pay the pro forma invoice
- After the payment is credited to the designated bank account, you will receive a billing invoice to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form.
The fee includes participation in the conference, networking meeting, conference materials and food (coffee breaks, 2 lunches).
During registration and the conference, it is not possible to pay Fee.
In case of registration cancellation received until August 26th 2024, full registration cost minus banking fee shall be refunded to the participant. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after August 26th 2024.
The organizers offer scholarship in the form of fee waiver for selected participants.
Eligible are PhD or Master students as well as early career researchers (up to seven years after the completion of their doctoral studies). Candidates for scholarship shall submit the application form along with an abstract of oral presentation.
