SOLARIS will provide accommodation with breakfast in a hotel for all participants. Travel costs will be reimbursed after the event based on a named invoices submitted by the participants.
Detailed information regarding the travel reimbursement policy and eligible expenses can be found in the reimbursement regulations - the regulations will be sent to the selected participants.
