We are pleased to announce the RI.Logistica Conference 2026, taking place on 10-11 December at SOLARIS. The conference will bring together logistics professionals from research infrastructures and partners across Europe for two days of knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration.
The programme will cover the latest developments in logistics, dangerous goods management, compliance, and export control, featuring presentations and discussions led by experts and members of the RI community. Together, we will explore current challenges, discuss emerging regulations, exchange best practices, and identify practical solutions that support the unique needs of research infrastructures.
The conference will also provide an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year, present ongoing and completed projects, and highlight how RI.Logistica continues to support Ukraine through logistics expertise, collaboration, and donation initiatives. Whether you are looking to stay up to date with the latest developments, learn from your peers, or expand your professional network, the RI.Logistica Conference 2026 offers a valuable forum for knowledge exchange and cooperation.
