8th Leaps Plenary Meeting 2025

LEAPS welcomes you to its 8th Plenary Meeting, hosted by Solaris, from 13 to 14 November 2025.
On Thursday, 13th November 2025, following registration and lunch (12:00–13:00), the program will kick off with the Open GA and reports from WGs, SG1, SG2, SG3, and RDB. This will be followed by a LEAPS thematic panel discussion involving WGs and SGs, offering a multi-perspective approach (15:30–17:00). A coach will transport participants to the dinner venue at 18:30.
On Friday, 14th November 2025, the day will start at 09:00 with a Welcome by Jakub, followed by the LEAPS Report 2025 and Outlook 2026, updates on LEAPS Partnerships and Projects, and the handover of the LEAPS chairmanship baton, concluding with a group photo at 09:55.
After a coffee break at 10:30, a Strategic Panel Discussion will take place, followed at 11:15 by a Panel Discussion with special guests. The Plenary Meeting will conclude after lunch, at approximately 14:00.
Networking opportunities will be available during coffee and lunch breaks each day, along with a special dinner where participants can enjoy a convivial evening with colleagues from across Europe.
